What happens in a yoga class? Our instructors will always ensure that you are breathing properly and not putting your body under stress.
We offer a variety of classes to suit different purposes and levels. Class time is around 1½ hours. Please dress comfortably for ease of movement, and remove your shoes upon entry to the studio. Empty stomach preferred (or eat something light).
Please note that we are not currently running a specific pre-natal class. However, pregnant women are welcome to attend any class and we will be happy to recommend modifications throughout the class to accommodate. If you are pregnant, please advise our staff prior to attending class.
During the program you will be introduced to a series of warm up movements – gradually learning 10 basic yoga postures – a full lesson on yoga breathing – and a short relaxation at the end of each class.
